COLLECTION AND STORAGE OF DATA

Personal Data

Personal data is information that can be used to find out your identity. This includes information such as your name, address, postal address, telephone number and email address, but also your computer’s IP address when you access our websites. Information not linked to your identity (e.g. the number of users of the site) is not included therein.
Personal data is collected on our websites, and stored, only to the extent technically necessary.

Web Analytics and Cookies

We do not use a system for web analytics at present.

Storage of the IP Address

To access our websites, you will need to register your IP address. An IP address is a unique, globally valid identifier of your computer. As a private user, you will normally not use a non-changing IP address, as your provider will allocate a temporary IP address to you. Nevertheless, it is, in principle, possible to uniquely allocate user data via this attribute. Our web servers store the access time, the (full) IP address, the path or website accessed and the browser agent to enable attacks on our website to be analysed and, if possible, averted. The storage period is one month. Data that we allocate to an attack is stored by us as long as necessary.

Integration of Third-Party Services and Content

Content from third parties, e.g. videos, map material, RSS feeds, social media messages, images or graphics from other websites, may be integrated into this online platform. This invariably requires that the providers of this content are aware of the users’ IP address, as they would otherwise be unable to send the content to the respective user’s browser. Therefore, the IP address is essential for showing this content. We endeavour to use such content only from providers that use the IP address merely for delivering their respective content. However, we have no influence over whether such third-party providers store the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes. Insofar as we are aware of such storage, we shall provide the users with information thereon.
At present, we use the following services: Facebook (Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Fgrand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Irland; www.facebook.com/about/privacy/update); YouTube (Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; www.google.com/policies/privacy/, Opt-Out: adssettings.google.com/authenticated); soundcloud (SoundCloud Limited, Rheinsberger Str. 76/77, 10115 Berlin; https://soundcloud.com/pages/privacy); Instagram (Meta Platforms Inc., 1601 Willow Road Menlo Park, California 94025, USA).

Comments

You will not be able to leave comments on our websites.

Images / Videos

Photos or videos of individual persons are published on the basis of these persons’ consent or insofar as these persons are characters of contemporary history. Recordings of public events will, insofar as they do not focus on individual persons, not be subject to the requirement of consent.

Contact

When a user contacts us by email, the user’s details will be stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions.

Transmission of Data

Your personal data will be transmitted to state institutions and public authorities only in cases where this is necessary according to the law or for criminal prosecution purposes owing to attacks on our network infrastructure. Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties for purposes other than those described above.

COLLECTION AND STORAGE OF DATA

Right to Disclosure

You have the right to request at any time information on your data stored, the origin and recipients of your data and the purpose for which your data is being stored.

Correction

You have the right to have incorrect personal data corrected. If the Trickster Orchestra has doubts about the accuracy of such correction, it will be entitled to refrain from carrying out the correction until the facts of the matter have been cleared up.

Erasure

You have the right to have personal data erased. The Trickster Orchestra will not erase the data if it is legally obliged to store the data. If the Trickster Orchestra has doubts about the legitimacy of an erasure instruction, it will be entitled to refrain from carrying out the erasure until the facts of the matter have been cleared up.

Right to Restriction of the Processing

You have the right to have the processing restricted in cases where you call into question the accuracy of the data (until the issue has been cleared up), the processing is unlawful, you still need the data for the assertion of legal claims (after the purpose for which the data was being processed has ceased to exist), or you opt out in accordance with Article 21 GDPR.

Right to Data Portability

You have the right to receive in machine-readable format your data stored with us. As formats, we offer the txt format (UTF-8 or ANSI) and pdf.

Revocation of Consent

You have the right to revoke your consent at any time. Revocation will be effected in the same way as the consent or by sending an email to us, explaining which consent you are withdrawing. Any data processing undertaken prior to the revocation of consent will remain lawful.
